Claire Quinn is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team based in our Aberdeen office. She has a wide range of experience in advising on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution, including conducting court proceedings in the Scottish courts and English courts (sheriff court, Court of Session and High Court, London) where required.
As part of our Aberdeen team she continues to advise on a wide variety of commercial disputes, both for the oil and gas industry (for example, advising on joint venture disputes, company/contractor disputes and oil & gas industry regulatory matters) and in broader construction disputes (for example, payment disputes and adjudication enforcement).
