Coralie is an associate in the Technology & Media team. She has worked with clients in the gambling, media, sport and TV/film sectors. She has experience drafting a range of commercial agreements, consumer-facing terms and advising on gambling regulation.

Coralie has previously been seconded to Unilever where she worked closely with their Home Care and Personal Care teams on a range of matters, including commercial contracts, general regulatory advice, and marketing and advertising regulation. Prior to joining CMS, Coralie worked at Flutter Entertainment in the Flutter International commercial legal team. She was responsible for a range of matters including affiliates, sponsorship, branded content and production.

  • A global entertainment platform on a range of commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Hard Rock Digital on a number of commercial issues, including drafting software licences, casino licence agreements and services agreements.
  • A major motor racing competition on licensing of international broadcasting rights, including drafting media rights agreements.
  • 888 on regular ad hoc gambling and advertising regulatory queries, including in respect of responsible gambling requirements.
  • UK banks on film production financing activities.
