Emily Sheard is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration team with a focus in the technology, media and gambling sectors. She has worked with various clients on business-critical disputes relating to a variety of causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of confidence, unlawful means conspiracy and fraud. 

Emily also has experience dealing with publication-related and reputation management issues, involving defamation, privacy and data protection law, and supports gambling operators with contentious legal and regulatory issues, such as Gambling Commission investigations and licence reviews.
