Felicity is a Senior Associate in the Employment team. Felicity advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.  

Felicity has particular expertise in matters relating to restrictive covenants and the protection of confidential information. She is experienced in advising on complex and multi-faceted investigations relating to sensitive matters such as whistleblowing, discrimination and equal pay. Felicity also has experience in high value bonus claims. 

Felicity’s other work involves advising clients on day-to-day HR queries, disciplinary and grievance investigations / processes, redundancies, Employment Tribunal litigation and providing employment expertise on corporate transactions. 

Felicity works across a range of sectors, including financial institutions, media and professional services. 

Felicity is also a strong supporter of CMS’ pro bono activities, having been named in the 2025 Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales for her contribution.

  • A technology business in respect of the enforcement of restrictive covenants against departing senior employees. 
  • A financial platform in respect of a high value bonus claim. 
  • A media business in a complex investigation and subsequent Employment Tribunal proceedings. 
  • A financial services firm in respect of multiple redundancy processes.
