Fenella has over 30 years experience in advising on the legal issues arising from construction and engineering contracts. She specialises in the resolution of high value construction and engineering disputes and regularly deploys negotiation, adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation in order to bring about the resolution of disputes across a range of sectors within the industry including roads, rails, energy, utilities, education, housing, office, leisure and retail.

She is inducted into Legal 500’s Hall of Fame; Ranked in Band 1 by Chambers; recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Construction by Who’s Who Legal.
