Frankie is an Associate based in the London office and qualified into the Employment team in 2024. She has a particular interest in contentious employment law. Frankie has experience in defending claims against employer clients, supporting them through all stages of employment tribunal litigation leading up to full hearing, and exploring settlement options in tandem where commercially viable. She also assists clients with a range of non-contentious employment matters.
Prior to joining CMS, Frankie began her career in HR in the Civil Service, which influenced her decision to specialise in employment law and serves as a useful background and perspective when working with clients.
