Relevant experience

Led on the sale of a life sciences building (£74m) which was complicated by the need to vary the headlease to permit the purchaser’s proposed use of the building.
Led and coordinated the team on the acquisition of a large retail park (£43m) for an investment fund client.
Successfully managed a cross jurisdiction and cross office transaction of the acquisition of 10 rack rent leases for Sainsbury’s from Homebase.
Led on the sale of an office block (£10m) conditional upon consent being obtained for a residential conversion.
Coordinated a team of associates on the property elements of a refinance of a large mixed-use estate (£60m) for an institutional investor client.
Managed the acquisition of a 20-year lease of an under-construction logistics unit for the incoming tenant.
Led on the acquisition of a long leasehold interest of a new retail site with a pre-let in place to Lidl.
Assisted with the property elements of a share acquisition of a property management company at an airport for over £340m.
