Gráinne Irvine is an Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team at CMS in London. She advises clients on a wide range of complex IT, outsourcing and telecommunications matters, with particular expertise in digital transformation projects, strategic supply and services contracts, and critical aviation maintenance and technology agreements.

Gráinne has a strong track record of supporting clients across diverse sectors on contractual, regulatory and licensing issues. Her experience includes advising on high-value and strategically significant deals, often involving cross-border and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

She has completed secondments with the commercial legal teams at Microsoft, Amazon EU Operations, and TikTok, gaining valuable in-house insight and deepening her understanding of the technology sector.

  • A global maintenance, repair and overhaul services provider on its agreement with a leading UK-based airline. 
  • A British property investment and development company with its technology services agreements in the real estate sector.
