Harry is an Associate in the firm’s technology and media London practice, with a particular focus on complex commercial contracts and advisory work. He supports some of the world’s most prominent technology, aviation and digital media companies on a wide range of commercial matters, including strategic partnerships and supporting business-critical negotiations. He previously spent a year seconded to the commercial legal team of a major global technology company, where he partnered with business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on strategic transactions.

Clients typically seek Harry’s advice when navigating high-stakes commercial relationships, operational complexity, or reputational risk. He is particularly valued for his ability to support strategic decision-making with clear, commercially attuned legal guidance. Known for his calm, collaborative approach and ability to distil complex issues into actionable advice, Harry works closely with stakeholders at all levels – including executive leadership – to help them move forwards with confidence. Whether drafting bespoke agreements, negotiating with major counterparties, or advising on emerging legal frameworks, Harry brings a sharp, solutions-focused mindset to every engagement.

Outside of work, Harry runs a tag rugby team, having retired from the contact version with only minor protest, and is a keen distance runner, with a marathon and several half marathons under his belt (and plans for more). He enjoys live music and tries to make it to performances whenever he can.
