Jack is a senior associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy (ICE) Disputes team. Jack specialise in disputes in the construction and engineering sectors and has experience of several different forms of dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation and litigation. Jack’s recent experience has included providing advice on a claim relating to defects in a shopping centre in mainland Europe, in relation to a dispute under a PFI contract and ongoing project assistance in relation to a delayed energy project.
