Jas is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team based in the London office, specialising in private equity and financial services M&A transactions. He advises private equity sponsors, financial institutions, corporates and management teams across the full lifecycle of an investment, from acquisition through to exit, as well as on ongoing portfolio company matters.

Jas has extensive experience working on complex, multi‑jurisdictional and cross‑border transactions across a range of jurisdictions and sectors. His practice also includes advising on warranty and indemnity insurance, working closely with underwriters. Jas has particular experience in the financial services, sports and gambling sectors.

  • Access Bank on the acquisition of a majority stake in AfrAsia Bank, a Mauritius‑based international banking group.
  • ThinCats Group, a UK specialist SME lender, on its GBP 160m strategic investment in the company from Wafra Capital Partners.
  • ThinCats Group on the sale of ThinCats Group to Shawbrook.
  • CBPE Capital on acquisitions and portfolio matters, including Horwich Farrelly and Tetra Consulting.
  • August Equity on acquisitions and portfolio matters, including Family First, a UK nursery and childcare platform and Picnic (carehomes).
  • Limerston Capital on the acquisition of Berkeley Home Health, as part of Limerston’s homecare platform investment.
  • Kubrick Group founders and management team on the minority investment by Bowmark Capital, with continued portfolio support.
  • Anzo Group on the sale of Roxor, a B2B online gaming supplier, to Aristocrat.
  • LiveScore Group on the strategic minority investment by Ringier, supporting LiveScore Group’s global growth strategy.
  • APCOA Parking management team on the sale of APCOA Parking to Strategic Value Partners.
  • Hunter Boot on the pre‑packaged sale of Hunter Boot, the British heritage footwear business.
