International law firm CMS has advised Anzo Group on the sale of leading independent UK-based iGaming content supplier, Roxor Gaming, to Aristocrat Leisure, the Australian Stock Exchange listed leading global gaming content and technology company and top-tier mobile games publisher.
Founded in 2019 by former Gamesys Chairman and co-founder Noel Hayden, Roxor Gaming has over 20 years of development experience in the iGaming space. As part of the transaction, Aristocrat will also acquire Roxor Gaming’s two in-house game development studios, bringing further online Real Money Gaming specific technical and product development talent to the Group.
