Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department, specialising in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations and corporate simplification projects and general corporate compliance matters.
Jennifer has gained valuable experience working in house at a large infrastructure company for two years which assists with understanding the commercial drivers for clients as well as corporate approval processes.
