CMS advises Amey on joint venture buyout to acquire full ownership of AmeyBriggs
CMS has advised Amey on the acquisition of Briggs' interest in the defence equipment joint venture, AmeyBiggs, to take full ownership as part of Amey’s wider growth ambitions to broaden its services and capabilities in the defence sector.
Operating out of over 20 sites across the UK, AmeyBriggs maintains and manages the Ministry of Defence’s fleet of construction and materials handling equipment. The joint venture recently secured a contract to support and manage vital airfield ancillary equipment on behalf of the RAF.
