Jessica is an Associate in the Employment Team, having trained at CMS and qualified into the team in 2018. She advises clients across a range of business sectors providing advice on contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on clients in the technology, media and consumer products sectors. Jessica has particular expertise acting for employers in complex litigation in the Employment Tribunal, including discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
