Jonathan Gardner is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team in London primarily advising on complex commercial litigation. He has particular expertise in contractual disputes.
Prior to joining CMS, Jonathan advised regulated financial services businesses on financial services law, offshore fund formation, and general company law, and also enjoyed two years’ in academia lecturing in company law and tutoring in contract law.
In 2014 Jonathan was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Australia and also as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
