Kabir is Of Counsel in the CMS Antitrust, Competition and Trade Team in London. He has practised in the field of EU and UK competition law and merger control for over 7 years.

His experience includes conduct of merger control matters, antitrust investigations, market investigations and state aid. He has also advised extensively in relation to competition law compliance matters involving cooperative joint ventures and distribution arrangements.
