Keith Robertson is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team and is qualified in Scots Law. 

He advises clients on complex, high-value construction and engineering claims for employers, contractors and consultants. Keith has advised on matters ranging from factories, hospitals and PFI schools to oil-and-gas facilities, hotels, high-rise towers, defence projects and offshore windfarms. Clients value his strategic insight, technical fluency and proven record of achieving swift, cost-effective outcomes.

As a qualified Engineer and formerly a project manager on multi-million-pound schemes within the energy, marine and manufacturing sectors, he delivers commercially driven advice born of hands-on site experience.

Relevant experience

  • Data centre disputes – investor clients in defending claims for extension of time and loss and expense arising from a delay to the completion of a multi-million-pound data centre.
  • School PFI Disputes - Contractor clients defending claims for defects in works under the PFI.
