Melissa is a Partner in our Real Estate team and has a wide range of experience in the sale, purchase and asset management of individual properties and commercial portfolios of real estate assets across different sectors, including offices and industrial/logistics.

Melissa has also acted on development transactions including the development funding of offices, industrial and build to rent/build to sell properties. She also works on real estate finance and distressed asset deals again across various different real estate asset classes.

Relevant experience

On the GBP 152m forward funding of a mixed build-to-rent and build-to-sell scheme in Leeds.
On behalf of a core European real estate fund on the acquisition of an urban logistics portfolio for GBP 145.2m.
On behalf of a core European real estate fund on the share sale of an SPV holding a prime office in the City of London for GBP 169m.
A real estate Unit Trust on the leasing aspects of an office tower in the City of London securing around 200,000 sq ft of new lettings and advising on the GBP 335m refinancing of that building.
