Melissa has a wide range of experience in the real estate sector and has been involved in the sale and purchase of individual properties and commercial portfolios of in and out of town shopping centres, retail parks, offices and retail units together with the management of those assets post-acquisition.
Melissa has also acted on the acquisition of a number of sites in Central London for high-end residential and mixed-use development. She has also experience in the student accommodation sector advising on the sale, purchase and management of a number of student accommodation sites across the country.
