Narinder Jugpal is Co-Head of the CMS International Private Equity Group.

He advises private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds and corporates on all manner of domestic and cross border M&A, buyouts, strategic joint ventures, co-investments and restructurings.  

He has extensive experience in advising financial sponsor clients through all stages of the investment cycle across a variety of industry sectors. He also has a particular focus on transactions in the energy and infrastructure space.
