Neil is a Senior Associate in the Technology and Media team at CMS. Neil has varied experience advising customers, vendors and academic collaborators on a wide range of commercial matters, including IT outsourcing agreements, software and SaaS agreements, data protection compliance, cybersecurity projects, collaboration arrangements and other commercial contracts. Neil advises a variety of clients ranging from start-ups to financial institutions, charities, and Universities.
