Rowan is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team based in the Glasgow office. Having specialised in employment law since 2014, Rowan has experience in advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. He has experience across a range of sectors, including oil and gas and financial services. 

Rowan has a keen interest in employment litigation, regularly appearing in Employment Tribunals throughout the UK. Rowan has successfully defended employer clients in often complex claims, involving the likes of alleged discrimination and whistleblowing. Rowan also has experience under his belt appearing in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Rowan regularly deals with business immigration matters for employer clients.
