Sarah is an Associate in the Real Estate team in Manchester advising on a broad range of real estate matters including the acquisition, disposal, development and financing of real estate assets. Sarah also regularly deals with asset management of retail, industrial and office assets. Sarah acts for a variety of clients including institutional investors, developers and occupiers. Before joining our team, Sarah previously worked at Bruntwood, a national property developer, in their in-house legal team working predominantly on asset management transactions in the retail, office and science sectors.
