Tim Sales is a disputes partner, assisting businesses to navigate contentious scenarios with other businesses, Governments, regulators and public bodies, through both formal and informal dispute resolution mechanisms.

Tim has significant experience gained across a spectrum of commercial, regulatory and public law disputes, but has a particular focus on disputes arising from the technology sector and the consumer protection arena. He regularly acts for businesses in consumer protection defence matters brought by the CMA in the UK and the Consumer Protection Cooperation Network in the EU, together with consumer related class actions.

Tim has previously spent time working with an international NGO in Washington, D.C., Kampala and Nairobi.
