Tom is a Construction Associate and Solicitor Advocate in our Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team in Sheffield. Tom advises a range of clients such as specialist multi-national contractors, real estate investment trusts and civil engineering companies on how to manage their construction disputes in litigation or by way of alternative dispute resolution. He has experience of construction disputes across many sectors and recognises the importance of creating bespoke dispute management and dispute resolution strategies that meet the specific needs of each client.

Tom’s recent experience includes advising a multi-national contractor in a multi-million pound dispute relating to defects in the facade of a building. Tom’s other work includes advising on the full range of fire safety issues, advising on the contractual performance requirements of a solar farm, and he has also recently acted on behalf of a civil engineering company in a multi-million pound dispute regarding whether a contract for town centre redevelopment works was correctly terminated or repudiated.
