For over a decade Will has advised global managers and investors on the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds and joint ventures investing into real estate, infrastructure, private equity, credit and natural capital. Will’s practice also encompasses separately managed accounts (SMAs), co-investments, platform and corporate real estate transactions and the full spectrum of investment advisory matters.
Will is recognised as a Next Generation Partner by the Legal 500 UK having previously been recognised as a Rising Star (2023) and Leading Associate (2024) and is described in the Legal 500 UK as “top in knowledge; top in delivery”.
Will acts for a range of institutions and private equity managers including PATRIZIA, ICG plc, Federated Hermes, QuadReal, the Pension Protection Fund, Savills IM and M&G.
In addition to his time in private practice, Will previously served as sole in-house counsel at Cromwell Property Group, advising their European real estate business on joint ventures, product launches and structured transactions.
