Zosia is an Associate in the Employment team, based in the Edinburgh office. She joined the team in 2025, having trained with CMS. Zosia has experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law. She advises clients from a diverse range of sectors, across the UK and internationally. 

She is an active member of the CMS Women, Social Mobility and LGBTQ+ networks, and is involved with the CMS Law Scholarship Programme.  

Relevant experience

  • An FCA / PRA regulated client in defence of a complex and high-value whistleblowing claim involving over fifteen witnesses.
  • A well-known financial services client on a range of Employment Tribunal claims brought by current and former employees, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
  • Employer clients across a range of sectors on day-to-day employment law matters such as advice on contracts of employment and staff handbooks, disciplinary and grievance matters, and holiday pay issues.

  • 2025 - Admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland.
