CMS Unscripted is the CMS UK podcast sharing real conversations with the people shaping one of Europe’s largest law firms. From major strategic shifts to the everyday work powering the firm, we uncover the ideas, stories and personalities that make CMS, CMS.
Alan Nelson shares what makes Glasgow unique, from its energy and humour to the pride that comes with hosting the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games – and how CMS became the sole legal partner. He also talks about his time in Brazil, getting involved in hands‑on projects and what stepping away from the day‑to‑day can bring.
“For us as a law firm, to show that we are part of Glasgow 2026 is something that lots of us are excited about.”
Alan Nelson
