  • North York Moors National Park Authority on drafting 3 s.106 agreements and advising on general planning risk in relation to the York Potash polyhalite mine and mineral transport system.
  • Transport Scotland on various road projects, including the A90 Balmedie to Tipperty dualling and Aberdeen West Peripheral route.
  • EDF Energy Renewables on various onshore wind projects, including representation at public inquires.
  • Whitemoss Landfill on the successful Development Consent and environmental permit application for the Whitemoss Landfill Western Extension, a locally contentious hazardous waste facility.
  • National Grid on securing consents for its 1GW England to France IFA2 interconnector project, the first TEN-E Regulation interconnector.
  • Red Rock Power (prior to that Repsol) on the consenting of the Inch Cape offshore wind farm, including defending a judicial review by the RSPB to the Supreme Court.
  • Gas-fired ‘Peaking’ Plants DCOs on consenting various gas-fired peaking plants (including DCOs), in relation to bids into the capacity market auction.
  • Statkraft on all consenting matters in relation to the grant of consent for two DCOs for its 900MW Triton Knoll project including advising on its acquisition of a 50% stake in the projects.
  • Southern Gas Networks plc on the protection of gas infrastructure affected by TfL’s Silvertown Tunnel project , on objections to TfL’s application for a DCO and advising SGN on its hazardous substances consent and redevelopment strategy.
  • BAA on the promotion of projects including Heathrow T5, Stansted G1 and G2 and scoping and strategy for Heathrow’s third runway.
