Increasingly, clients are asking us for support with skills development for their teams. Since 2018 we have been running Skills For Future Facing Teams, a programme specifically for in-house teams. It covers a range of business and leadership skills, taught by experienced executive coaches. Each session offers you:

- practical and relatable tips to apply to your work
- suggestions for further reading and watching to help you deepen your knowledge
All sessions are recorded, and you can also access over 30 pre-recorded sessions ranging from communications and influence, negotiation skills, leadership skills to managing legal projects.
