Social Security Contributions or Payroll Tax
- Outstanding social security contributions will not be reminded by the social security body
- An automatic deferral will be granted if social security contributions are not paid, only partially paid or not paid in time
- Instalment payment requests with respect to social security contributions will be accepted informally
- There will be no collection measures with respect to social security contribution
- No insolvency applications will be filed by the social security body.
Other relief measures
- No tax audits will be initiated
- No requests for information or other audit measures will be taken
- Official actions which already have commenced shall be suspended or interrupted
NB: These measures are not yet officially published by the ministry of finance.
Additional comments
In most of the cases, taxpayers have to provide evidence that they are affected by the current Corona crisis.
However, significant simplifications are foreseen with regard to this evidence (e.g., simple statements or special forms).
