e-Privacy

The ePrivacy Regulation is a proposal for a regulation on privacy and electronic communications services within the European Union and is thus an extension of the basic Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018.

As the ePrivacy Regulation applies to the entire online sector, a large number of companies and industries will be affected.

CMS can help you avoid sanctions and provides you with the most important information on the ePrivacy Regulation, as well as the status of the legislative process.

Start preparing your company in time and select one of our jurisdictions from the list below to find out more about local offerings.
