The CMS Commercial group is delighted to invite you to the second webinar for this year. This time our presenters will discuss Delegation decisions to machines – legal issues of advanced manufacturing and robotics. You will find out how this issue is addressed from both a UK and German perspective.

Our lawyers Laurence Kalman from CMS UK and Gerd Leutner from CMS Germany, as well as Martin Wodraschke from CMS Hungary, will discuss issues such as:

  • Smart Factory/ IoT – risk, trust and accountability (UK-perspective)
  • Case study: self-driving cars – liability issues (German perspective)
  • Liability for fully autonomous systems and the latest EU-plans for the future

Companies investing in advanced manufacturing/ autonomous system/vehicles will face new legal issues in their day-to-day life. In this webinar, we will guide you through these new issues and present the latest legislative measure in Germany for automated cars. Further, we will give you a short update on the plans for a EU-wide regulation for robotics.

As usual, attendance is free of charge, the webinar will last an hour and you are welcome to invite any colleagues who might also be interested.
