CMS has advised CF Group, an international German family business, on its acquisition of the Starline Group. Founded in 1974, Starline Group is a leading manufacturer of swimming pools and swimming pool covers and a wholesaler of swimming pool materials in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom. With this acquisition, CF Group strengthens its position as a major player in the European swimming pool market.
