A joint order from APA and DGEG was published yesterday, May 6, amending the joint Order of July 14, 2023, on the “Capacity Reservation Title and the procedures provided for in the legal regime for Environmental Impact Assessment.”
Bearing in mind that the procedures established in the original order were intended to ensure more effective application of the powers conferred on both entities, this amendment aims to reinforce that purpose by amending Article 1(d) and Article 2(1)(d).
Thus, for the purposes of submitting storage projects on the SiliAMB platform, within the scope of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure or the preliminary assessment/decision on EIA, a declaration from the Director-General of the DGEG on the injection capacity of the RESP in the intended area must be submitted.
