Decree-Law No. 30-A/2022, of April 18, which establishes exceptional measures aimed at simplifying procedures for energy production from renewable sources, has been extended by an additional 2 years.
These measures, initially set to expire at the end of this year, will now remain in effect until December 31, 2026.
This amendment, introduced through Decree-Law No. 116/2024, will come into force on December 31, 2024.
Additionally, on December 27, Order No. 15185-C/2024 was published, approving the Municipality Compensation Regulation, which sets out the conditions for implementing the compensation provided for in Article 4-B of Decree-Law No. 30-A/2022.
This Order applies retroactively from January 1, 2024.
