Refinancing and working with banks

We structure the financing and reach contractual agreement on the project with the bank consortium. We also obtain the release of collateral provided by the existing shareholder and funders in order to clear the way for the investor.

Incentives for success and risk minimisation

We develop earn-out agreements to create incentives for a successful rescue. In addition, we carefully examine the risk of contested transactions and take precautions to minimise this risk.
