CMS advises dormakaba on the acquisition of the airport software company AirSphere
Düsseldorf – Swiss dormakaba has acquired the airport software company AirSphere GmbH. With this acquisition, dormakaba is strengthening its position in the field of digital airport solutions and further expanding its portfolio, particularly in the area of smart passenger and security processes.
A CMS team led by Dr Marcel Hagemann and Jan Lukas Hölscher provided dormakaba with comprehensive legal advice on the transaction. The advice included conducting the due diligence review and overseeing the entire transaction through to signing. CMS has been advising dormakaba on a regular basis on a range of legal matters for many years.
