Berlin – Medicover, a leading international healthcare and diagnostic services company, has signed an agreement to acquire the business of MeinDentist. The acquisition is subject to customary merger control and further regulatory approvals, and it is expected to be closed in Q4.
A CMS team led by Dr Igor Stenzel advised Medicover on all legal aspects of the acquisition. CMS Warsaw regularly advises Medicover on M&A transactions in Poland.
