CMS advises ME Capital Advisory & Consulting GmbH on the acquisition of RUKU Saunamanufaktur GmbH & Co. KG

Stuttgart – ME Capital Advisory & Consulting GmbH, a family-run investment company focussing on succession planning for SMEs in southern Germany, has indirectly acquired all of the interests in RUKU Saunamanufaktur GmbH & Co. KG through its wholly-owned subsidiary MPE Wellness GmbH. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.

A CMS team led by Dr Tobias Schneider, partner in the Corporate/M&A practice area of the Stuttgart office, and Christina Haußmann provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction. ME Capital Advisory & Consulting GmbH is a longstanding CMS client and has been comprehensively advised on a number of transactions in the past.

RUKU Saunamanufaktur GmbH & Co. KG is a company rich in tradition with its headquarters in Illertissen. It specialises in manufacturing individual premium saunas and is an innovative market leader in Germany and Europe. With this acquisition, ME Capital Advisory & Consulting GmbH is expanding its portfolio in the wellness and health sector and emphasising its continued diversification. It will continue to operate RUKU Saunamanufaktur GmbH & Co. KG and support it in its ongoing growth trajectory.
