Stuttgart – Real estate service provider Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH has acquired proptech BRICKBYTE. The start-up combines services and consulting with digital technology for space planning to create sustainable office concepts. Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH is part of the London-listed Savills Group. The acquisition will enable Savills to meet increasing client demand for workplace consulting.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Claus-Peter Fabian advised the Savills Group on all legal aspects of the transaction. Savills regularly relies on the expertise of CMS.
