Munich – Jason Group has acquired all shares in Dronco GmbH, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of abrasives, with two production sites in Germany and approximately EUR 40 million of revenue. With the acquisition, Jason Group strengthens its Finishing segment, the leading global producer of technical and maintenance brushes, polishing tools and compounds, and enters the growing adjacent abrasives market segment. Jason Industries, Inc., Milwaukee, the US parent company of Jason Group, is listed on the NASDAQ.
