Africa has achieved sustained economic growth in recent years and is predicted to remain one of the fastest growing regions. The continent offers significant opportunities for companies who can successfully manage the challenges of a region with diverse economies, legal institutions and regulatory frameworks.
Africa – navigating risk will explore how businesses can best mitigate the specific risks the continent presents. A panel of experts will address the protection offered by insurance, contractual provisions and international law.
The conference will be led by CMS partners Omar Qureshi, Simon Kilgour and Tim Hardy, joined by Jamie Simmonds, Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of The Access Bank UK Limited, Nick Cook and Gavin White, Account Directors in the Financial Risks Team at R K Harrison Insurance Brokers.
