Not every risk can be avoided but with the correct knowledge and planning, the majority can be reduced. In this year’s Round-up we look at a number of different legal and commercial risks that can affect your business and how HR and employment lawyers can add value in these areas.
For example, in high pressure and time critical situations, can you guide your organisation on permitted investigations into suspected foul play or competition by an employee?
