  • Designing statements of responsibility and the responsibility map
  • When grandfathering is possible – and when not
  • Forms of handover
  • When to notify a breach
  • Protecting senior managers against the reversed burden of proof
  • Establishing fitness and properness
  • Issues for incoming branches
  • Embedding the business-as-usual HR issues
  • Changes to employment contracts
