The CMS Construction team invites you to Construction Focus on NEC4 taking place on 22 November 2022 at 09:30.
In this one hour session, we will look in depth at the NEC4 contract - focusing on (i) “problem” clauses that we see arising commonly and (ii) the solutions for these, for both disputes and drafting negotiations. Following presentations from the associates, there will be an open forum for the audience to ask questions.
