CMS's Renewables Breakfast seminar is taking place on Thursday 19 March at our CMS London Office

The topic of the seminar will be on Delivering Offshore Wind at Scale. Building on the momentum from the recent AR7 auction results, this session will explore what it truly takes to accelerate offshore wind deployment in the UK at the scale required to meet national and industry‑wide targets.

The discussion will delve into several critical components of project delivery, including:

  • Debt financing structures and how lenders are approaching current market conditions.
  • Investment drivers and barriers shaping the pace of large scale offshore wind expansion.
  • Supply chain readiness and resilience, particularly as project pipelines grow.
  • Inflation, cost pressures, and policy signals affecting bid strategies and project bankability.
  • Key enabling factors, including grid, consenting, and long term revenue support.

There will also be the opportunity to network with industry peers and experts both before and after the event.
