Welcome to the Disputes 101: CMS Autumn Webinar Series for 2022

This series will take place on most Tuesdays from 6 September – 29 November at 2pm - 3pm, taking a short break only for October half term. Partners and associates from CMS’ Litigation & Arbitration Team will run through the key essentials on topics relevant to disputes, to help improve your understanding and bring you up to date on the fundamental aspects of disputes, including litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlements.

Now in its third year, we have expanded our Emergency Measures session to include injunctions against protestors, alongside popular existing topics including understanding how to communicate in a contentious environment, alternative dispute resolution options, and the fundamentals of reputation management.
