CMS is proud to be a Founding Member of London International Disputes Week (LIDW). With the theme: ‘Looking forward: change, challenge and opportunity’, LIDW21 will provide crucial insights on the business and law of international dispute resolution. 

Through a programme of virtual sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to hear leading experts discuss and debate the ever-changing landscape of international dispute resolution. You will also be taking part in the biggest celebration there is of the heritage of London as a leading centre for handling international disputes.

Co-hosted by CMS, Osborne Clarke LLP, Pinsent Masons LLP and 4 Pump Court Chambers, Technology Disputes of the Future: Current trends and predictions will take place on Monday 10 May 2021 from 17:30 – 18:30 (BST). 

Featuring CMS speakers Lee Gluyas and Stephanie Woods, this session will consider the types of disputes which will arise from adoption of new and emerging technologies such as AI, smart contracts and cryptocurrencies, and the trends in technology related claims such as increased class action litigation.
