Our conference this year will consider whether real estate will continue to be a strong magnet for global capital. The sector’s attractiveness will be determined by how effectively it is able to respond to the new forces that are reshaping our world, be they technological, economic, demographic, environmental or political.
Our keynote speaker this year is Katya Adler, Europe Editor at the BBC, who will speak to the increasingly polarised political scene. Will the pull of left and right extremes grow ever stronger, or can we return to the middle ground?
We have also assembled a line-up of leading industry speakers who will consider which strategies the real estate sector needs to adopt in order to build resilience and deliver creative solutions that meet the needs of generations to come.
- Martin Brühl, CIO, Union Investment Real Estate
- Jessica Hardman, Head of UK Real Estate Investment, DWS
- Eiichiro Onozawa, Managing Director, Mitsui Fudosan UK
- Alice Breheny, Global Head of Research, Nuveen
